Very odd. I put one in a large cage too early and it musked me(VERY unusual). It's back in the other cage and fine. I have seen other isolated inicidents of otherwise calm snakes getting whacked out. I guess they can get up on the wrong side of the rock like us sometimes.Animals are animals and despite the best training/care can do some unpredictable things.I have ridden horses and passed the same mailbox a hundred times and then one day KABOOM!, like they never ever saw it before and your almost thrown. Go figure....
