He sounds happy. However, be careful if he is eating the ficus leaves for 2 reasons:
1.) Make sure that the plant was properly cleaned before it was added to his cage.
2.)Keep a close eye that he doesn't develope any eye problems. Ficus trees produce a milky white sap from the leaves and stems when broken or cut. If this gets into the chameleons eyes, it can cause problems. If you see him with one eye closed, take an eye dropper and softly squirt luke warm water into his eye, being very careful.
If he does not start eating crix in the next couple days, be sure to come back and post it.
