You would probably have a choice of reporting to your local animal control or city health department. Depending on the city (I assume you are in a metro area?) different departments are responsible for inspecting pet shops. Call the city offices and find out who does it. Then report the shop for unsanitary conditions, inhumane treatment, and cruelty. [ Hide Replies ]
