I have been reading the posts regarding a strictly mouse diet. I currently have two asian water monitors. I have been feeding them mice only. From the posts I have read it seems that many people have success feeding mice only. From what I gather feeding mice only is fine, but if my monitors will readily eat other whole foods is it a good idea to feed them a variety. I have fed them whole feeder goldfish in the past. Is this something I should continue? I also posted a question on 10/1/05 asking questions regarding my enclosure. I am building a 10 x 15 indoor enclosure and plan to give them access to an outdoor section as well. I live in Florida so most of the year it is warm enough for them outdoors. They are both two feet long at this time and I have them in a fifty gallon aqarium. My question is how large should they be before I introduce them to an enclosure of this size and is having an outdoor section for them to access a good idea or should I leave this section out?
