I started this business with my son. He passed away 2 years ago but I will always view this as our business.

The second reason is that my small breeder business recquires help, patience and some sacrifice from my family and I consider them to be an integral part of the business. There are financial demands that could be put into other things. Vacations have to be planned around breeding times etc. Most important of all is the time requirement which is the most valuable resource of all. When I get home from my day job as a surgical pathologist there are variable time demands in the snake room which, as we all know,can be unpredictable. Then there are phone calls, e-mails etc which all take time. Having my family "on board" with the business is a big help and it would be very difficult without their support. So for KRBS HERPS although the breeding plans and
choices are mostly mine the end result is due to our collective effort.
