The money is supposed to be deployed where percieved as needed (usually and hopefully) as long as you're not talking about a New Orleans levee. Whether the governmental spending is justifiable or not is irrelevant. Your penalty is part of a behavior that characterizes the same government system that allows us to live the way we do, that is, avoiding minor chaos like the misuse of traffic lanes. There are many problems and contrarily many luxuries that could be cited, but, with regards to the luxuries concerned on a monitor forum, it's the same government that allows us to pursue such unnatural causes as keeping Argus monitors for fun. | ||
