Don't live in Dallas and not too sure where you came from, but if you buy a large rat live from a pet store just about anywhere, you will be charged between $7.99 and as much as $11.99.
Most people here have several snakes and purchase their rodents frozen from several different companies that offer them.
You can check on the Cages/Supplies/Feeders section and you should see many offers.

Some of the well known names are Rodent Pro, Mice on Ice, Gourmet Rodent, and there are many more I can't think of at the moment.
