but you wouldn't call them tri-color. Tri-color generally refers to the banded kingsnakes and milksnakes.
If you do go with a pine... I would recommend black pines.
Great snakes, the nice ones look like indigos.
They can be a bit intimidating but most are just bluffing.
They might even be more enjoyable for handling and watching, they tend to be much more active than ball pythons.
