I would not worry at this time, normally sheds don't smell unless soiled. But, you're dealing with an animal that had mites and has been treated for them. As you indicated, the stress triggered an early shed, may even be affected by the chemicals used to get rid of the mites. Watch the snake and look for any obvious signs of illness. loose stool, mucous, skin irritation etc. ----- Thanks,
