Hi!

Iīm from the Netherlands, so everything (phase) is rare here
2nd of all the weather sucks here for almost any kind of snake. Offcourse also I am more fond of gemmicincta (sulawesi) then melanota as a subspieces.
Most of my animals I feed dead mice. The only will eat this after a period of changing their habits.
Many specimens that donīt want to feed on living mice, will be fed living birds. When they have eaten that, they will often take dead birds after a while (chicks are cheap here). You can let your snakes get used to mice by cutting a bird open and putting a mouse in it. Or defrost your food with hot water (bird and mouse) and then wrap them against eachoter for a minute or so.
Offcourse their are many more ways but this is often the most succesfull one in my collection.
Often lizards donīt work but frogs will do better!
