Good luck with your building! You may want to post on the Cage and Enclosure forum here for more information. I will say (from experience) that it more time consuming than you may think and the cost adds up quickly. At the same time it can be really fun and with research and careful planning you can really learn a lot. The one that I am currently finishing is for my iguana.
