50 Gallon Tank Heating

So I'm thinking about getting a 50 Gallon tank for two Rankins Dragons, and am wondering about the wattage of bulb, and number of lights needed to maintain correct temperature. I'm not looking for a definitive answer, since I know it will vary based on room temperature, but any rough estimates would be great.
