I've had hardwickii in with geyri, ornata, and ocellata. Ocellata also with macfadyeni. Keep in mind that some Uros just don't act well around others, regardless of species.

With carrots and potato[e]s over medium heat. Bay leaves, some corriander, and a sprig of rosemary are nice with a hint of lime. If it's a red Uro, white wine may be in order, otherwise red wine would probably go along with everything else quite nicely.
