Vine snakes, and I am assuming your asking about Ahaetulla sp. or Oxybelis sp., have never had a reported fatality, although localized reactions do sometimes occur, such as swelling or burning. I keep both, and have been bitten, but never had a reaction. I think comparing them to hognose snakes is fair. | ||
