Ok to feed a Uro?

Hi I came across this website and I was wondering if there was anything in this mix that would be harmful to a uro. The dried flower mix contains Marigold (calendula) petals, hibiscus petals, dandelion leaves, red clover leaves and blossoms, chamomile blossoms, peppermint leaves and can be found at the link below. Is there anything in there that might be harmful to Uros?

Also any suggestions what I should leave for food if I have to go away for a day? The lights are on a timer so I just want to make sure he has enough food.
