Words alone really can't describe them. Last year I got a baby male green anaconda from Jud and of my 42 constrictors he is my favorite by far. The only one of my snakes that I can just reach in the cage and pick up by hand with no use of a hook what so ever. Even in full blue. This snake has never shown the slightest sign of aggresion-not even a hiss let alone a bump or strike. He displays a love to be handled and human interaction. He coils very gently on your arms, is not flighty, and loves to have his head rubbed. My green anaconda eats steadily on F/T rats and never refuses a meal. He does not exhibit the feeding response of a burm or retic. All of his littermates display the same tame behavior. [ Hide Replies ]
