Adult dragons need a fair bit of floor space. 3'x18" is too small for adult dragons. If you can't manage a tank that is 4'x2'x2' or larger, try 3'x3'x2'. You do wind up with more floor space than a 4'x2'x2' tank as what you loose in length is made up for in depth.
