Albino Leopard Gecko Not Eating!!!!!!

I have an albino leopard gecko who has not eating in a week. It does not have the v-shaped row of opennings between the hind legs so I am pretty sure it is a female. She seems active at night and her tail is still very plump. We do not have any sand in her tank so she could not have eating any and gotten impacted. She seems fine except she hasn't eaten in a week. I am worried about her and need help. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE. I really appreciate it, thanks.
