Food, weight and ovulation ?

I've been reading contradicting information on food intake vrs weight that leads to ovulation during cool down.



Some say to feed as much as females will take during cycling while others have told me to stop feeding altogether come december.



Rumor as it that some will go out of their way to mislead with false information.



What are your opinions on food intake versus weight to lead to ovulation.
