I don't want to be a downer, but you did ask for opinions. I really don't think any of these rival professional photos, frankly. The composition of some of them is poor, and I don't think the lighting in most of them is very good. Focus is way off on several. If you want your photos to look professional I'm afraid you really need a professional lighting setup, and the skills to use it.

If you want something to aspire to, look at Steve Gooch's work on Bob Clark's site, for example.
