I wouldnt say that it is easier to clean, but it is a lot better than glass aquariums. I have the T25 for my male burm (going on 8ft). They give you many options (which im sure that you researched) such as radiant heat panels, flourescent (sp?) light fixtures, heat cable, and 8.5 in holes cut in thetop for overhead heat. You can choose any of these options (some with added cost). I got the heat cable (undertank heat) on one side, two of the 8.5 holes on top, one on each side, sliding glass doors(you can choose between acrylic or glass, sliding or swinging doors). They ship it to you on a heavy freakin pallet all dissassembled. I would def recommend having help when it arrives to carry it and put it together. But it does go together really easy. Lord knows that I wanted every question answered before i dropped all that money on their cages. I hope this helps.
