Honestly, it's too overwhelming for me to think about...much, and I try to stay distracted by other stuff...like putting up hay for the winter, stringing more electric fencing, putting up another horse shelter, digging more post holes, etc....
She seems to be doing well, though, so I expect things will go OK, and she will go full term. I couldn't see anything that looked like slugs in the ultrasound, although I may have just missed them or didn't identify them as such. This will be my first experience seeing a live litter of my own on ultrasound and it is truly a learning experience. This last week and however long she goes over (if she does) will be hard on my nerves. I know many here can relate to that nervous, knot-in-the-stomach, anxious feeling ----- Linda Hedgpeth
