Great looking snake you got there but it looks serriously like a genetic problem rather than one that will fix itself. I dont think the breeder would just give him away for free because he wasnt the type he wanted, the least he would do would be to lower the money for him so he could get him out of his way. I'm not snake expert but I do think thats genetic. If you can please return him or give him to someone that has snakes or reptiles. You can probably replace him for the breeders negligence and get a nice pair or a healthy snake.
