Posted by: chinaski at Sun Oct 23 20:07:46 2005 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by chinaski ] just the other day, i ran across a juvenile eastern yellow-bellied racer and decided to take him home. the first evening he eagerly ate some crickets but he's still too small for pinkies. does anyone have any suggestions for any other food sources for this guy? i had a northern banded water snake that readily devoured tadpoles, but i'm not sure if a racer would have any interest. any advice would be appreciated. thanks.
