Ummm...no one noticed that the law is SCL, not PLASTRON as they have explained above. Obviously a non-turtle person writing the story, but I still think the law is antiquated and needs an update. I have species that rarely get to 4" even as adults...with the amount of education available, and with breeders such as myself educating our customers, this law is rediculous.
