If he "scares" them into reading about their animals BEFORE buying them or researching stuff to learn for THEMSELVES before asking the same question that was asked 5 times yesterday, he is doing ALL of us a good service! ...he's doing them a good service by forcing them to learn MORE in the effort to answer their question on their own, too. That's only MY opinion, though.....
