Posted by: hefte at Wed Oct 26 01:24:11 2005 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by hefte ] I have a 5ft, slender Boiga Dendrophila Dendrophila and am currently feeding two adult mice a week. He seems to have no trouble taking them but sheds only once every couple months. He has the highest motabolism of any snake I have ever kept and poops almost daily. I purchased the snake almost as a rescue from a pet shop that was keeping it in the back room in a ten gallon aqaurium with bark dust as substrate. They are illegal here and I bought it for nearly nothing. I have had him for about six months or so and he has been doing very well, growing at a consistent pace, and no real health problems. it had some strange bumps around it's neck that have cleared up and takes food regularly. Just wondering what and how often you guys feed yours. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance, Eric- | ||
