Oregon has some pretty crazy laws regarding exotics, for instance, you can own a black and white spitting cobra, but may not own boiga irregularis. Go figure, has to do with that Guam thing. I do mist daily, the humidity remains around 60%. It's not that he has bad sheds, it's the frequency in relation to their metabolism that concerned me. I feed mine fresh killed, I kill them right before his lights go out and they are gone within an hour. To my knowledge, before I got him he had never had anything but live food. He switched very easily. Still won't eat in front of me unless I hide and watch, but once was enough of that. All of my snakes get fresh killed and none have ever refused.
