getting into the dwarf and locality boas, moreso the morphs. This is something I feel still has alot of potential, or moreso than the average albino, anery or hypo.
Once the hypo sonorans are recognized or accepted by all to be proven, and once the power of this animal is realized, through true hypo leopards and more, I think their prices will sky rocket.
As it is, I know some breeders that were sold out for this year AND NEXT YEAR before they even had this years litters drop!!!!!!
I've had other big breeders tell me straight up, once they are proven without a doubt, there is no reason they should not be $2000 and $3000 each, like the CBB hypo Nicaraguans.
I feel the same about the hypo Cancun Boas, and any other central american that is pure and true.
Some of the morphs and lines of animals we have today are soo colorful because of the CENTRAL AMERICAN influence in them!
We sometimes lose focus of how many of our bci may be integrades, and how many of our bci morphs may have come from central american matriarchs.
Crossing bci with bcc to improve color is disgraceful in the eyes of many, but crossing bci with bci is not as damaging to most.
Heck, most even say the boundaries between bci are so variable, it is almost like trying to gaurantee one bcc to be surinam and one bcc to be guyana, while they were caught within the same distance of an imaginary border.
So, i'm just listing facts, opinions, experiences and more.
I think the dwarfs are the future.
I LOVE working with these animals!
