4x2 cages will work, I personally use 48x30 cages to give them more room to spread out. BCC females can get quite large so a 6x2 cage would be a good idea and if you use 2 males to breed with her you should use a bigger cage. I prefer larger cages so I can spot clean without removing the boa and plus most my adult BCC's can be pissy. 4x2 would be a min. and bigger would be better.
