Posted by: steve fuller at Wed Nov 2 17:05:34 2005 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by steve fuller ] I've never bred melanurus but with unicolor, Texas, and Easterns I've leave pairs together for a few days at a time during mating season. I reason that in the wild a pair would probably do the same. During the season males eat little to nothing and females eat less than at other times of the year. Good luck. [ Hide Replies ]
