IMO best pairing to get snows is a male albino het anery and a female anery het albino. This would produce on average:
25% snows
25% albino's het anery
25% anery het albino
25% normal looking het albino and het anery

This way you are not dealing with possible or percent hets, each possible outcome has it's own phenotype or visual look.

The reason I go with the male as the albino is females need to thermoregulate for the babies and I believe the albino may have a more difficult time doing that. I'll bet there are plenty of breeders out there who have bred female albino's and had no problems. Most likely due to their setups and husbandry. If the sanke is kept at the proper temps, I would think it's easier to thermoregulate.
