Made my own cabinets, replumbed in copper and installed a laminate floor. I only brought in three trades to help. Texture guy to fix some wall buckling and texture ceiling. Window crew to install new DP windows in the whole house and a granite crew for the countertop. My hats off to those that do this for a living, My kitchen looks GREAT, but it was a LOT of hard work. I probably in many cases overdid it and did things the hard way which if I did it all the ime I would ahve known better. [ Hide Replies ]
