Are you waiting for your female to defecate before feeding again? There's no way she's digesting meals in one day. When you pump her full of rats they move down her digestive tract forcing her last meal from the previous feeding out. This is what you're seeing. I would refrain from overfeeding her while gravid and if anything cut back her meals to smaller ones and WAIT until she excretes her meal before feeding. I bet if you do this you won't see her pooping the day after you feed her.
