Keep that guy/gal hydrated and begin offering relatively small meals two to three times per week.
It would be a good idea to have a veterinarian, one well versed in herpetofauna, run a fecal float along with an acid-fast stain and direct smear to check for internal parasites, as WC Drymarchon spp. often harbor a parasite load that would rival the specimen catalog of any small college parasitology lab!
