There really is no single medication that will rid your new charge of all possible parasites / pathogens and I am no fan of "shotgun" treatment.
Since you will be utilizing the services of a veterinarian, I would recommend you first find out what you are up against, then determine what medications should be utilized, as Coccidia, pinworms, roundworms, tapeworms, entamoeba, strongyloides and a host of other "bugs" can be found within WC Drys, each requiring a different protocol, medication / dosage, to eradicate.
