Getting Him to Puff Up

I know it may sound mean to "scare" him, but I am helping my brother with a school assignment, and he would like a picture of my dragon in his puffed up mode. However my dragon happens to the world's biggest baby. I've never seen him flare up or anything. He's head bobbed a few times. So my question is, "Is there any sure way to get him to flare up for a photo?"
