As far as the boa blushing this is a trait that a lot of boa breeders breed for.It makes for a very desireable looking animal.Jim Hopkins has produced some of the highest color "so called"normal or common boas I have ever seen.His stripeline has some amazing color,you should see them.
Now for the bearded dragon.I dont know your set-up or what you feed but I have some eperience raising and breeding beardeds and from what you have described I would have to say,the beardie I am assuming it is not an adult is consuming meals that are too large for it.Crix too big,squash greens etc not cut up small enough.Beardeds have a very short digestive track.This is what I refer to as boarderline impaction,reduce the size of the food consumed an this will most likely go away with no lasting effects,however it may not.Immediate results are common though.Just make sure it is still defecating daily.If you need more info.feel free to ask.
