Um... French Polynesia isn't in Europe. It's an island near Tahiti near the Tropic of Cancer, though I don't remember which ocean, exactly. I think Pacific.



Yup, feed pinhead crickets if it mealworms are too big, and you might want to give him a heat lamp because I'm pretty sure French Polynesia is pretty warm.



If you have the time, you can browse this site (http://www.gekkota.org/html/gecko_photos.html) to see if you can find a picture of the gecko for identification. It's a long shot, but I couldn't find any resources on French Polynesian herpetofauna.
