Any mixes should not have sunflower or cracked corn as both have sharp edges and can cause problmes. That is probably the cheapest. I buy 100% red or white millet and have used it for years. It runs from $14-16 for a 50# bag. It is easy to clean and looks nice. Everyone has a different theory as to what to use. If you are getting a hatchling, just use paper towels until it gets bigger as that is the safest for the little ones. | ||
