I don't know where the speckles have gone, but can say that I like them in Hogs. I recently purchased my first Hog and she isn't speckled much at all. Speckled or not, I am really enjoying her. I know very little of their plight in captivity. I'm curious to see where they go from here since so many are being used in breeding to other BCI's. I'll be looking for a pretty little male Hog next season for breeding in the future.
