it is adviseable not to even attempt breeding a female until she is four if not five years old. Males need to be at least three, younger ones don't seem to show interest in breeding. Also, these guys are tough, and if you don't have mature/ slow-grown adults, you probably won't get babies. One other consideration, males sometimes end up being duds, showing no interest in breeding. A good breeding pair of amarali is worth its weight in gold!
