There is a VAST difference between feeding live and what obviously took place with the ball python in your pictures. Do you think that happened while the keeper was standing by? I highly doubt it! I do have a female Leopard boa that REFUSES frozen thawed, has for two years now.....do I let her die or feed her live? I offer F/T all the time as I would much prefer she feed on F/T, but I am forced to resort to live..NO FRESH KILLED EITHER! So, I feed her and STAND BY until the rat is DEAD and being eaten, then I go on my way. Feeding live prey alone does not result in the outcome you just displayed....Complete keeper negligence is what caused that outcome. As far as the original post, whatever, that was just poor judgement IMO of what is an appropriate picture to show on a public forum. Take care! [ Hide Replies ]
