My large cages perches are not removable now. I finally screwed them in after them coming off for the third time. I just pick up her body, and then let her start crawling. Once her tail unhooks, I take her the rest of the way. I've found that if I try to tickle her tail off the perch, or move it in any way, she'll just winch herself on tighter. Waiting seems to do the trick. I usually handle mine once a week or so. She's VERY tame, and seems to enjoy being out. If I open the door to put her back, she'll crawl back out, or sit by the open door with her head out for a while. ----- 1.0~amel corn~C.S.
