Cool snake u have the langaha I mean. Would love to get one although i know nuts about it.
I'm from Malaysia and my frenz and I keep a few nigriceps. U did not furnish much details about the size and all so i have to take it as general.

Yes there are various colour morphs or phases among the nigriceps. But because so little is known about the nigriceps, no one has actually made a study on it yet. I hope to do so! hahaha

I've actually seen four colour morphs myself. Two are as u described, including a bright red and an orangey one. The other two of which I have is one with a light pinkish brown complexion with greenish head and another one with a fading gradient complexion with black over the dorsal area fading to a bright red as it reaches the underbelly. One has beige eyes while the other has grey eyes. But both are definitely nigriceps.
To me, i think the nigriceps is a fabulous species and my absolute fav boiga.

And yes, u can keep two or more nigriceps in the same tank provided there's enuff space (30 gallon for 2-4) and they're of similiar size. There should not be more than 50 cm in length's difference from each other than it's fine. In captivity, the chances of a boiga eating another boiga is rare as my herp dealer has kept babies with fully-grown adults otgether without any probles. As long as u feed them wel there should be no cannibalism. The wild is a different story. Load ur pix mate b4 others will load.
