Posted by: LauraV at Thu Nov 17 12:47:46 2005 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by LauraV ] I had one person actually throw out a huge story about his ill father and such. This was the most believable one I've ever been sent. Nothing standard about it at all. But, after a few emails we got to the "my shipper will pick it up" part. Hmmm...now where have I heard that before?? Then the "Mo will be larger than the amount" part. All through this he keeps making small talk about his father's health. If I didn't already know and have experience with these scams, he might have had me...then again, the idea of anyone sending me more money than I'm asking and want the rest in return just sounds shady as sin. | ||
