I had a boa once with a prolapse

it was not a pretty sight. I soaked her in warm sugar water (sugar has healing properties) and kept her on warm, wet paper towels until I could get her to the vet.

The surgury went fine, but she re-prolapsed and died a few days later. Most survive a prolapse, especially hemipene prolapse, I just wasn't so lucky.

I hope you can get him to the vet soon.
