I have had two Boas in my life with prolapse, one was a rectal Prolapse where a small section of bowl came out and the other was the hemi penis and here is what happened.
The rectal prolapse was put back into the snake with a couple of stiches on each side of the vent to help keep things in (this was done by a vet of course) the snake was given anti biotics and once the stiches were removed 2 weeks later that snake never had a problem again.
The hemi Penis Prolapse was from a female that meant no when she said it. In the battel to breed she squeezed her much smaller suiter so hard that it prolapsed both sides of his hemi penis. One half had to be amputated but the other half was saved. The snake was never used for breeding again and I sold him to a taecher that wanted to use him is a class room display.

either wy it is going to be a Vet intervention thing. I would use some potroleum Jelly to coat the prolapsed part to keep it moist until the vet can get to it.
