What Should I get??

Hi, I have a male Bearded Dragon named Bowser that I absolutely love to death. I love him so much that I want to get more of them. Right not I have a 40 gallon tank for him. In the future I wanted to get a girl for Bowser and keep them in the same tank. I was going to ger a 75 gallon for the two of them. Since I don't really want them to bread, should I get two more females and keep them together and Bowser sepereate? Is it possible I can get to baby girls and keep them together for the rest of there life? I don't know if I should get two baby females, young females or just one female to keep with Bowser. Anybody have any suggestions?!
