ill bearded dragon

I have an adult bearded dragon that i have had for about two and ahalf years, he has always been a great feader and now he is getting real thin and lathargic more than usual i was wondering if anyone had any ideas what could be wrong with him or any suggestions of what to do. thank you for any help.
